Shipping Info

Shipping Info

From the time we receive your order and place it in our system, standard processing time is 24-48 hours. The delivery time after processing varies based upon the item you have selected.  Remember, most of our pads are sewn to order weekly with the exception of the standard traditional white pads and some select sizes in prints. Typical delivery times for print pads are 5-7 days. In Stock items ship within 24-48 hours.  Out of stock notifications are sent once orders are processed into our system with expected shipping dates.  Backordered items could take up to 10-14 days, especially if it is an imported item.

If you are a domestic customer (US) and order over $49.99, Best way shipping is free.

Best way shipping is either UPS or Priority mail depending on the weight of the package.

Please be aware that if you have a PO Box, or are stationed in the service, our shipping is limited to Mail and Priority Mail because UPS will not deliver to these locations.

Express Shipments

Express shipping is not an option on our website, however if you are in need of an item right away please contact us at lsouza@personallypaws.com .  If the item is in stock and the expedited shipping cost is agreed upon, we will accept credit card payment for the shipment.

 

Canadian Customers

Orders shipping to Canada will be shipped by Priority Mail.  Delivery time from the time of shipping is usually 7-10 days. Be aware that Canadian taxes, duties and fees may be due upon delivery 


International Customers

International shipments are sent via US Priority Mail and cost varies by location and weights. If you would like us to send you a quote including shipping costs, please email us at lsouza@personallypaws.com . Sorry, if you are an international customer, we must ship to your billing address only.

Please be advised that there may be a fee for delivering your package to a foreign country. Such fees, taxes, and customs duties are not included in our shipping price, and are your responsibility. We will not be responsible for seized shipments, and cannot provide refunds for seized products.
