Shipping policy

***IMPORTANT:  Personallypaws.com is not responsible for shipping delays by UPS or USPS.  COVID-19 issues continue to delay many delivery services.  Please check with your tracking number to see important updates regarding delivery once your package has shipped.  Allow extra time for expected deliveries

 

Processing time

All orders ship within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. If an item is out of stock, you will receive an email offering a refund or an alternative product within 24-48 hours. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

 IMPORTANT: IF YOU CHOOSE TO PUT A NON VALID EMAIL ADDRESS OR PHONE NUMBER ON YOUR ACCOUNT YOU MAY NOT RECEIVE IMPORTANT  NOTIFICATIONS.

Estimated Delivery times:

All orders ship by best way - UPS, Priority Mail or First Class- Whichever is least expensive. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has shipped. Priority Mail delivery times are usually 2-5 days anywhere in US and UPS delivery times are usually 2-7 days within the continental US.

ALL ORDERS OVER $49 RECEIVE FREE SHIPPING IN THE CONTINENTAL US. (excludes Hawaii and Puerto Rico)

For orders under $49 : Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. US shipping fees are also listed on product pages

International Shipping

  • PersonallyPaws.com can ship internationally.  You will need to contact us by email for a quote including shipping fees.
  • Shipping charges are calculated by weight and destination and ship by USPS (United states postal service) or UPS whichever is least expensive and quicker or whichever you choose. We will pull and prepack to give accurate quote. We notify usually in 1 business day by responding with an update to your order confirmation email.
  • Please email us or use the contact page to leave a message and we will be glad to assist you in setting up your order.
  • Please include:
    1) Name
    2) Billing Address (International or registered U.S. agent)
    3) Shipping Address
    4) Telephone Number
    5) Items - Including sizes, styles and quantities
    6) Any Questions

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. PersonallyPaws.com is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Damages

www.PersonallyPaws.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.


Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

    How do i check the status of my order?

    When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

    If you haven’t received your order within 7-14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@personallypaws.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

    Shipping to PO Boxes

    UPS does not offer delivery to PO boxes. Personallypaws can ship to a PO Box by priority mail however additional fees may apply.

    Refunds, returns, and exchanges

    We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is UNLAUNDERED AND UNUSED  and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

    In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@personallypaws.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
